Pure pleasure in the music of one of the greatest guitar artists of today!
In 2016, one of the world’s most respected music magazines, BBC Music Magazine, included Miloš Karadaglić among the “Six of the Best Classical Guitarists of the past century”! The young Montenegrin artist is one of the most famous guitarists in the world today, and his career continues to rocket at a dizzying, truly meteoric speed! The world discovered that he was a charismatic musician back in 2011, when his debut album Mediterráneo became the best-selling album of the German record giant Deutsche Grammophon Gesellschaft. Miloš Karadaglić has literally millions of fans all over the world, his solo recitals and performances with orchestras in the world’s most famous concert venues sell out immediately after the date is announced, and his frequent public appearances and media appearances on television or on social networks are marked by glamour and an aura that only global pop or rock superstars have. Miloš’s striking looks and charm undoubtedly add to his appeal with female audiences: he is not only a fantastic guitarist, but also a media phenomenon par excellence. Another reason for his popularity is his openness to crossover music, other ‘communicative’ genres and covers of big pop hits (his album Black Bird is dedicated to the music of the Beatles!), especially the Latin music spectrum where his Mediterranean, southern temperament comes to the fore. Karadaglić has appeared as a soloist with the world’s most famous orchestras, such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra or the Orchestra of the National Academy of Santa Cecilia from Rome, and his performance in London’s Royal Albert Hall was recorded on DVD; it achieved sensational success worldwide, with both audiences and critics. Miloš Karadaglić won the sympathy of the international public with his noble engagement in supporting young artists, for whom he organized a series of charity concerts, raising large funds for talents from poor countries. Born in 1983 in Montenegro, Miloš moved to London at the age of 17 to study at the famous Royal Academy of Music with one of the greatest guitar pedagogues of today – Michael Lewin and he plays a valuable guitar by one of the greatest instrument builders of today, the Australian luthier Greg Smallman.
