With lively rhythms, Hungarian folk melodies and brilliant orchestration, Kodály’s Dances of Galánta takes the audience back in time to the heart of the rustic, pre-industrial village of Galánta. The world-renowned conductor JoAnn Falletta will be on the podium, also conducting Zemlinsky’s exquisite The Little Mermaid.
